Hubbub / There She Goes on BBC 4

Tumshie had asked for feedback on 'There She Goes'.

We thought it was very good - funny, stress-inducing and terribly sad all at once. I saw some comments on Twitter saying it shouldn't have been presented as 'comedy' but I thought the humour worked well and the performances were spot on.

And great to hear KC as well.

Looking forward to the rest of the series.

Remembered and watched, it was great, it really brought home to you how challenging it can be raising a child of any kind and how mothers intuition should always be listened to.  Wee bonus a segment of my favourite girl! Great actors and directing.

I made a show. It's on at 10pm on BBC4 tomorrow (Tue). It contains a smattering of King Creosote and a little Jon Hopkins as well. I shan't be watching it as I'm watching Low and Kathryn Joseph at Manchester Cathedral, so let me know that it looks ok.

Is it There She Goes? I was intending watching anyway, great cast.

Do you direct, write, produce the show Tumshie?

Yes it's There She Goes and I directed it. Used bits of KC and JH throughout the series, as well as lots of other interesting stuff. I'd give you timecodes but then you might not watch the whole thing  ;)

Iíll definitely watch right through Tumshie. Monkey Dust was one of the great hidden gems of UK comedy so anything that Shaun Pye has written and you have directed will be worth watching.

I was also planning to watch! Will certainly listen out for KC and post feedback on 'how it looks' ;)

I seem to remember KC playing during one of his car journeys in Russia in the previous series.
