Apart from everything else it was a great privilege and a pleasure to be sat right in front of a master musician such as Gogs Maclean, AND two seats away from La Vinia!

Yes I always try and get down the front in case a giant sits in front of me, good meeting you to 😊

I loved the KC short wave radio set on Friday and I think it's fair to say we all enjoyed 'A Whiff Of Annie'.

That Taylor Swift cover will stay with me for a long time too.

A weekend of so many highlights:

The new album, Spirit of 2006 and Malcolm Middleton on Friday
Kwaing Creasite's beautiful ambient set on Saturday; Brave Little Note's voice; Lomond being borderline Wayne;  Hamish going down a storm
Josh Fuchs being the find of the weekend; Gummi being melancholy, up-lifting and hilarious within a 40 minutes span; Jackie and I being the only 2 people in the room who had no idea what the song everyone was singing along to was (thanks for clearing that up Hallav); the KC trio re-invoking the spirit of 96; Dan being Dan; Whisky Stephen getting the hall bouncing to obscure soul from far flung places. All topped of by great company, great hospitality at Lynne and Danny's and the magnificent new Picket Fence on a constant loop as we drove around the Neuk.

Thanks to all involved for providing such wonderful entertainment.

Nope, it was 'Shake It Off' complete with audience participation.

Oh yes, I should mention the dancing.
Gav & Stephen played up a storm.
And that was my attempt at dancing.
