I'm quite partial to The Necks latest waxing, 'Unfold'.

I think The Necks are my favorite (still in existence) band.

Looking forward to the new British Sea Power album, the first single is pretty good....obviously only in my humble opinion 😊

Marconi Union : Distance. A great ambient album that helps create headspace in a big city.

Been listening to the new Blackfield album in the wait for Steven Wilson's upcoming album later in the year (the previews sound incredible!). It's not half bad!
Also been listening to a band called Groundation who's loose jazzy albums are a breath of fresh air in the world of reggae!
I'd post artwork but haven't got a clue how!

Steven Wilson's solo stuff is fantastic. I've always found Blackfield a little bit too cheesy for my taste, but some of his other projects are great.

Have you ever listened to his drone project 'Bass Communion'? Some excellent albums there  8)

The new Grails record, Hymnal Chalice, came out on Friday. It's a cracker!

I have indeed! Bass Communion II being my favourite although the track' Glacial' from Molotov and Haze is achingly beautiful! I think No-Man's last few albums are fantastic too (especially Returning Jesus and Together We're Stranger) although I've always preferred Steven's vocals over Tim's . I think Steven Wilson's solo stuff has been so good, that I'm not too saddened by Porcupine Tree's apparent demise!

I've had a quick preview of Grails - sounds like I'd enjoy their stuff!

Thanks Kwaing for the copies of FNC01-FNC05; I've been listening to these on repeat over the last couple of days and I'm thoroughly enjoying them all; it's crazy that they were all released in the same year!
