That was a good evening - we should talk Lord Cambo in to holding another Fence event there and let us all camp for the night (although not in February obviously!)
Looking forward to getting started on the book now.

What a great night. Kwaing was dishing out the CDs when I arrived so go that out of the way, including an additional unexpected cd, cheers KC. Then most of the protagonist congregate outside so I was able to get my book signed by all. Then picked up my rather lovely etched pint glass and headed to the bar to test drive it. The gig started with a couple of songs from Emporium, really looking forward to them putting out an EP, album, whatever. Next up was Gummi who gave us a show and tell of his life in Fence finishing it off with the brilliant Bawdy Odour. Next up was Withered Hand who was as good as I ever seen him, the new songs get better with every listen. Next up was JY who had a chat with Vic before playing a couple of songs, would have been nice to have had a couple more though. Finally KC, Scruff, Captain Geeko, Uncle Beasly and Gummi played a great set which even included Sir Peter Erskine, Lord of Cambo Manor playing Stately Home Blues and ended with Kenny and Vic playing a Khartoum Heroes song.

The night ended for us with a nights 'glamping' in a huge tent complete with a double bed in the grounds of Cambo, perfect.

It was great to see so many 'hubbers' there.

Kimmers - I'm sure Nathan gave approval to Saturday night in Aberfeldy.

well, what another wonderful night in fife.
lovely venue, great to see old faces, and
some new ones too, tasty food, local beer
and incredible entertainment. emporium
were too short, gummi was, well, gummi
and withered hand put on the best performance
i've seen him do (seemed so relaxed and
effortless and the new songs are worth the
wait). jy and vic were a great double act and
the kc band finished the night off in style.
and, of course, thanks to kc for the magical
thrills and spills. it was worth the wait fella.  ;)

and can i just say i hope i didn't offend anyone
back at kc's as i can't really remember much
about it - especially you vic.  ;) love u really.
but thanks for the hospitality kenny, the strawberry beer stills tastes guid.  :)

You were fine, as far as I know, but I was locked out of the man cave for a while.  :P

Damn what did we miss? If I knew there was going to be chest-poking I'd have eschewed the comforts of a Cambo glamp. Was it Vic that was poking your chest or his mate? Kimmers, please provide the details (make it up if you want).

as he hit home his point. luckily for him, i
was in a good mood.  ;) you didn't miss too
much, just two drunk men putting the world
to rights. we've been there, right?
