John O'Groats to Lands End
« on: Thu, Jun 13, 2013, 20:49 PM »
My stepson completed a 10 day cycle ride from John O'Groats to Lands End today, 909 miles in 10 days, raising over 4k for charity. I'm incredibly proud of his effort and wanted to share my excitement. That is all.

jings ... 90 plus miles a day chafing ... coconut butter? as in "son, you'd best rub your coconut butter!"
horse oil might help, or something from the chip van.

that's a Herculean effort though - well done step son!
