back catalogue preferably, but try me with one to ruin - i'll make it into the "worst covers ever" thread if nothing else (and if i haven't already).

Back catalogue suits me fine, it's not as if there's not a lot of choice.

me and the bridge - aye.
:)
Very excited about WTOM and spending time on Mull - only been to Tobermory fairly briefly.
Choosing a song will keep me happy for hours and hours.

I am delighted to be booked for the Thursday and Friday, only a tiny bit annoyed that I'll be missing the other gigs due to being in Rome!

It'll be my first island trip, the last attempt was cancelled due to hurricane bawbag, hopefully that was a one off!

Biking and camping will definitely be on the agenda. Can't wait!

I'm booked for the Friday and bringing my better half and also No2 child. No 1 child is soon to be 13 and, it would appear, is way too cool. We normally only see Tobermory form the boat in the summer as we head to my mother-in-law's in the Outer Hebs so it'll be nice to visit and see where Spencer, Edie McRedie and the gang all live even though the kids have long grown out of it now... I believe the novelty has long since worn off for the locals too!

Oh well, Westward Ho!!

the tour organiser just this morning has asked if the Fuctifanos are likely to make an appearance?

This is now being discussed as a possible stag do for my bro! :o ??? :P :-\ ;D

could be interesting ;)

Anyone  heading over to this may want to consider entering this competition for one of 8000 free CalMac ferry tickets:

If a non-driver was trying to plan a week in Mull
where would be best to base himself to make it
as easy as possible to travel to all 4 shows?

Any advice will be much appreciated

i'm planning on taking the car
so if you bring a skateboard i
can tie you to the back and pull
you to each gig. or we can maybe
sort something else out. i'm sure
there will be plenty horseless
carriages on mullokian to get by.

so.
mull.
has anyone any advice on accommodation? or public transport around the island? or even getting to the island. although i guess train to oban, ferry to mull...
i know i am slightly late. but i wasn't meant to go by myself...but now i am and it threw my plans over board just a wee bit. is it at all possible without your own transport?
the other thing: i have a spare tour ticket.

does anyone need a ticket?

I'm going for the Friday night show only, in Tobermory. We'll be driving to Oban where we'll leave the car and get the ferry to Criagnure. There is a bus service that runs 5 or 6 times a day, think the times work well for the sailings, and it that goes to Tobermory. Not sure what transport exists for getting to the other venues though.

has anyone got a spare ticket for this?   The whole bhoona, or failing that Friday night?   I can get tickets for the first 3 nights from the ticket office but not the friday. As ever, I have decided to go when it's too late to get tickets.

Don't suppose anyone has booked accommodation and perhaps has a spare room for any/all of Wed-Sun?

Been a bit slow off the mark on the accommodation front this time around.
