The sneak preview of the 3 on an Island set at Cambolicious yesterday was an unexpected treat. I suspect we are in for a special week at Gordon MacLean's gaff.

I think so.  I was listening to our treasure hunt prize last night - it's some album.

That bloke, Emergency Pancho, from Irony Maiden was a bit good on the keys.

Hello!

I'm looking for a big favour...
Can anyone give my girlfriend and I a lift from
Craignure to the Duart Castle show and then back
again afterwards?

Our plan to walk looks like being scuppered by the
weather and the local taxi has quoted us 80 for
the 7 mile return trip.

We will be happy to pay towards petrol costs.

We're going from Oban on the 4pm ferry, if you're on that we can give you a lift to the castle.  wont be able to bring you back though as I suspect strong drink will have been taken by that time.   Someone will drop you off for sure.

Arrived on Mull and I can confirm that there are modified on the island and also some really big Vickers that I believe are known locally as millions. Take Avon Skin So Soft or accept the consequences.

modified? midges maybe? There's only one way to deter them and that is to smoke a roley up from inside your parka hood.

Ironically, my autospell modified midgies to modified. I found that getting pished on IPA and red wine didn't make them go away but made me care less about them.

That would be brilliant,thanks!  :)

We are heading over tomorrow...
We are planning a bus trip up to Tobermory early
on Tuesday for a look around but we should be
back down the road in plenty of time to meet your ferry.

Are you staying in Craignure then?
You'll find us easily at the pier.   Large camper van. No red carnation required.

we're bringing a couple of big boxes of midges over for the Mull tourist board, in case they run out during the week.

Yeah, kipping in Craignure...we decided to stay near the ferry
to make it easier for arriving and departing.

This is intriguing.....care to say more ? I'm hoping to get 3 on an Island at the Colinsburgh show.

If you ask KC for a copy of that he'll tell he has none!
However if you ask him for a copy of 3 On This Island he may well sell you at least one :-)
