A play piece in east kilbrilliantbytheway. I sure my friend called it her fancy piece, but that's maybe a secondary item in addition to the aforementioned play piece. She's normally referring to a cake or a biscuit. She's from Cullen by Buckie.

A fancy piece or a fine piece is indeed a cake or biscuit in the Aberdeen area. 'Ye'll tak yer fly and a fine piece' (would you like a cup of tea and a biscuit?)

A leaf piece in nearby Methil too.
How old were you when you were a we shecht living in Windygates?

A fancy piece in Newcastle is something entirely different!

GFT - great to see on the big screen with good sound system, well far better than my telly. I wanted to ask another question (still bugging me) but didn't want to hog the microphone when I had it. It was in regards to the wee boys with the pre-flock of seagulls haircuts. Any clues?

A couple of road closures for me (one being the M1) so I've been home about 15mins.

Worth it :)

you really should have stayed at Ben's!

What a great night that was.. thanks to the mighty F.S.W.L band members for a tremendous show which, quite rightly, got a standing ovation (for the second time that day, I understand).  Great to catch up with old friends and make some new ones, both in the pub beforehand and the pub afterwards - who the hell picked that later pub, it was a nightmare to find!!

Bizarre moment of the evening - my pal Pete spotting Toby Jones at the merch desk after the show (Truman Capote/voice of Dobbie in Harry Potter) and revealing he was Pete's brother's best friend at school and a regular at the family dinner table...

It was actually easy to find.

Toby Jones that's it - Paul saw him too and has spent all day trying to remember his name and what he was in.

Great to see you all and the screening with full (or almost full) band was stunning.  Been a while since I saw a standing ovation which went on quite that long.  It was so well deserved and it made me cry but it a good way.
Not sure I've ever seen KC concentrate that hard either :)

I think Mr D can take all the credit for that!  Watched FSWL again this afternoon with my ma-in-law - she loved it...maybe a nice little christmas pressie for her and my Mum.

Kenny, are there any plans for a Limited Edition release with ALL the songs from the score? (apologies if this has been asked before..)
