GFT - great to see on the big screen with good sound system, well far better than my telly. I wanted to ask another question (still bugging me) but didn't want to hog the microphone when I had it. It was in regards to the wee boys with the pre-flock of seagulls haircuts. Any clues?
It was quite a common haircut for men and boys for hygiene reasons. Not always noticable in early photos due to folk wearing caps and other head wear. You would just see a wee bit of hair at the front of the cap - but I guess it was a better way to deal with lice - shave it off!
my ma-in-law reckoned it was for ringworm reasons...

What a beautiful movie and music and evening. I cried a few times, as did my friend Mis - the funeral scene with Kenny's song about Doogie Paul, oh my  :'(

And thanks so much guys for a fabby pair of pub experiences - friends and pizza and apple beer (!) FTW  :D
